Upload Your Site
The first step to using your account is uploading your site content.
There are a wide range of methods for uploading content, images, and
other files. We'll suggest and give instructions for the most popular
tools: FTP, FrontPage, and DreamWeaver. It doesn't matter what method
you prefer, you can upload and/or modify your site 24 hours a day -
7 days a week.
Detailed Instructions:

to use the following pieces of information to gain access to your files:

your browser's cache to see the updates you just made to your site.
FrontPage Extensions
To use FrontPage Extensions, you must submit a ticket to our Technical
Support Center asking for FrontPage Extensions to be installed on your
site. You must then allow 12-24 hours for the initial setup. You will
receive an e-mail notification of the completion of the installation.
Once you recieve this e-mail, you should be able to use FrontPage to
upload, modify, and delete content.
